Shadows of Plitvice, Croatia

by ontheroad on

Image: Aghman.

This photo comes from the beautiful lakes of Plitvice, Croatia. I've never seen waters with such vibrant colors, anywhere.

We've got more photos of Plitvice, coming up soon. Despite the fact that we've been home for the past few weeks, we're still wading through our photos and other media so that we can present them to you in all their shining glory. Soon, I promise.

We've also had the distinct pleasure of hosting a youngin' for the past week. It was a lot of fun, helped us see Seattle through a different set of eyes, and really, really tired us out. Have you ever had the pleasure of showing a kid around your city? Did you learn anything? Let me know in the comments.

Great shot. I love the unusual angle and the colours are just stunning - that turquoise-green is irresistible.

amazing colour...hard to believe water can actually look like that. can't wait to see your other photos!

yeah.. it is a good shot indeed..
